Bembo is five years old, and managed, through some real Houdini-like tricks, to sire Solan, among others. Bembo is a pretty reserved guy and a steady worker, I often use him as a lead dog. For a while he never went into a lope, preferring a really ugly and nameless gait instead. In the end and after numuerous visits to the vet, I bit the bullet and took him to an acupuncturist. And he went straight into a lope for the first time in a year. So now too I have one of those boring stories about how acupuncture works. 'I can live with that.
Thank goodness I don't have any story like that with homeopathy. I seriously don't know what I would've done.
