A kind of sheep dog

There's been a flurry of activity up here at Hermit's Beauty Parlor. Our model Mazunte poses next to the result of two minutes' worth of vigorous grooming.

This stuff can be used for spinning and knitting, you know. I've saved quite a bit over the years. Maybe there's a really, really warm scarf waiting somewhere in the future.

Hi hermit... I used to spin the undercoat of my Keeshond years ago ( and anything else that looked spinable)... mind, if you find a kind soul to spin up your doghair and knit it into a scarf that you don't start panting... .. it is 7 times warmer than sheeps-wool... I can attest to this as I made a sweater of my dogs combings and it was the warmest piece of clothing I ever had..
